A Private Group Healing Experience
There is something very different about giving yourself five hours to heal.
Especially when you're surrounded by other people who have shown up to do the same. This isn't five hours of sitting and listening to me talk about healing. We're doing the work.
You come into the experience knowing what you want to work on. It doesn't have to be perfectly defined. You don't have to understand why it's happening or know what needs to be cleared.
You simply need to know: this is what I want to feel differently about.
From there, we begin discovering what may be underneath it. We look at the emotions and triggers connected to what you're experiencing and work with what your mind, body and energy may still be holding onto. And sometimes what we discover isn't what you expected. That's part of the work.
Healing in the presence of healing.
There is another reason I love doing this work in a group. You're not sitting in a room of people watching you heal. Everyone is there to do their own work. It's a closed, private space with limited availability, filled with like-minded people who have chosen to give themselves these five hours too.
There can be something incredibly powerful about doing your own healing while being in the presence of other people doing theirs.
You don't have to perform. You don't have to have the answers. You don't even have to know exactly what's underneath what you're experiencing. You just have to be willing to discover.
