With a background in healthcare leadership and years of intuitive training, Rachel helps spiritually curious women reconnect with their inner wisdom in a way that feels safe, empowering, and practical for real life. Rachel is the host of the Spiritual Spotlight Series podcast, where she interviews leading healers, teachers, and thought leaders in the spiritual and wellness space.
